Lesson 8 | Module B
Exercise choice is a huge part of creating a proper program. By creating a system to categorize movements we can be more direct with our exercise choice and make sure we are putting attention to the proper places to get the results we want.
Many movements fit into multiple categories and allow you to “double dip” these exercises can go a long way into keeping less specific (in relation to the goal) buckets from emptying. At the end of the day, a majority of the work and emphasis should be placed on the buckets most specific to the goal but not at the cost of variability.
