Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up?
Click the link in this page to be brought to “Zenplanner”. With Zenplanner you’ll be able to pay for and register for specific class times. Parents must sign a waiver when their child attends their first class.
Can my child attend at any part of the year?
Yes, each class will be a little different, your child does not have to attend classes in a particular order or schedule. Classes will be beneficial to those who just drop in to 1-2 classes as well as to those who attend the whole year.
How much are classes? Do I need a membership?
It is $25 per class, with different options available if parents would like to prepay for 5 or 10 sessions ahead of time. A 5 class pack has a 20% discount and a 10 class pack has a 25% discount. There is no gym membership required to attend classes.
What if my child wants to try the barbell course but they are under the age of 9?
No problem! They will need to be approved by the main instructor to make sure that the classes would be a good fit for them!
Who will be teaching the classes?
Coach Clare will be doing the programming for and leading most classes throughout the summer. She may have a few helpers with Coach Paul, Coach Nate, and Coach Steph as well.
The coaching staff at RTL has multiple years of experience working with children and adults of all ages, abilities, goals, and schedules. If you have any questions, you can email Clare directly at clare@resilienttraininglab.com.
What if I have multiple children attending?
Chat with a member of staff with RTL to discuss any family discount rates.
Does my child need any special equipment?
No! Your child will need standard gym clothes and sneakers, nothing special required.
How do cancels and refunds work?
Each time you register for a class, a pass will be used. If you need to cancel for a scheduled class, you can cancel up to 24 hours before that class for a refund. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the start of the class or any no show classes will still use a class pass.
