What We Do

Here at Resilient Training Lab, we work as a collective to make sure that you have all the tools that you’ll need to reach your goals. We have a variety of coaching options available that fit your time, schedule, and budget. Whether it’s personal training, a nutrition coach, a strength coach, or just an extra set of eyes we’ve got your covered. + Semi-private Coaching

This will be our most basic membership option and allow you to complete your own program of choice under the professional eye of our team. Whether it be a program you wrote, one you found online, or one from a remote coach, we will help you get the most out of that program. You will get all the freedom of a typical open gym but with the added bonus of having our amazing team of coaches there to assist you in any way you need! This membership allows 24/7/365 access to the gym

+ Hybrid

Hybrid coaching allows for the personalization of in-person coaching with the accessibility of virtual coaching. Train wherever you are and have the coaching and programming to support you. Come train with friends and like-minded people at Resilient Training Lab in our semi-private setting and become part of the Resilient community that will continue to support you no matter what life brings your way!

This option comes with access to our 24/7 facility, unlimated accsses to our coaching hours, your very own personalized program, weekly and monthly check ins with a coach, as well as your very own point coach for support outside of the gym!

+ Personal Training

Get all the perks of Hybrid coaching plus up to 4 personal training sessions per month OR one on one nutrition coaching!

+ Remote Coaching

Get the full Resilient experience from anywhere! With our remote coaching option you will get to take advantage of our individualized programming from anywhere you choose. Get a program written specifically for you based on your goals, training history, equipment availability, schedule, injury history, etc. This program will be delivered to you along with a block review going over why what was programmed is there! You will then have weekly and monthly check-ins with a coach to keep this program on track and as specific to your needs as possible. You will also receive support from your coach via text message and email. Lastly, you will have the opportunity for weekly technique video reviews!


At Resilient Training Lab, we offer an individualized training experience designed specifically for you. We meet you where you are and allow you to make fitness part of your life regardless of what it throws your way.

Whether you are working out at home, in a gym, or on the road - we can create a program to fit your goals, time restraints, and abilities.

What is a program?

At its basic root, programming is a guide and an instruction manual to your training. We customize your warm ups, working sets and reps, conditioning, and your cool down depending on your goals, training history, injury history, preferences, and from the data we collect about your training to ensure you make the most progress in the safest manner possible. This can range from helping you move up a flight of stairs to deadlifting 600lbs. We create programming for crossfitters, powerlifters, Strongman athletes, triathlon runners, and everyone in between.

What are Private, Semi-private, Hybrid, and Remote Coaching?

Private training will allow you to work one-on-one with one of our coaches.

Semi-private hours are times that coaches are available on the floor and actively coaching everyone in the gym. You can come in during these flexible time slots and complete your individualized program or a program of your choosing with the instruction and guidance of a coach. These hours are not mandatory but can be helpful if you have any questions, need accountability, and want to meet other RTL Members.

Remote coaching will allow you to take advantage of Resilient coaching and programming from the comfort of your own home or gym or choice.

Hybrid coaching allows you to take advantage of our personalized programming services, semi-private coaching hours, and remote coaching. Get support inside and outside the gym with our unique hybrid coaching option!
