Module A will discuss the “boogeyman” that is fitness marketing. Magazine covers, social media posts, and daytime television all influence how your clients view their body and what it means to exercise and pursue health. We’ll wrap up by discussing how expectations can impact clients, coaches, and the relationship between the two.
