Lesson 7 | Module B
This module is just a basic overview of the acute programming variable - volume. We will be diving much deeper into this variable in a later lesson. For now it is important to note that there seems to be a dose-dependent relationship between training volume and benefits from training. Training volume also tends to be inversely related to intensity.
