Lesson 7 | Module C
Exercise intensity is, in my opinion, the most misunderstood of the Acute Program Variables. You’ll often see something defined as “high intensity” when it FEELS very hard to do, but by definition it is actually low intensity by definition. I’ll elaborate more at the start of this video.

  1. Do you track the acute programming variables? If so, how so?
