Lesson 11: Module D | Advanced Program II
Lesson 11 | Module D
This athlete is in her mid 40’s and has been training for around 6 years now, a majority of that time with us at RTL/Paul’s previous job. She trains for general health and recognizes the many benefits exercise has to offer. She is interested in being strong and has competed in a few powerlifting meets, but is not overly concerned about her performance. She comes to the gym as a mental release and enjoys a variety of exercises and being able to be strong in all different scenarios. She enjoys learning new exercises and variety in her training. Notice how we are able to work on a variety of different goals while not losing purpose, direction, and progressive overload on everything.
