Lesson 11 | Module B
Kasia is an intermediate lifter, who participated in a mock meet and wanted to dive into her first official powerlifting meet. We will go through how two recent training blocks were put together to be specific to improve her own performance, and how that changes (or stays the same) from block to block. Pay attention to how specific her program is being close to a meet, and how exercise choice is closely aligned with the goal of improving powerlifting performance.
