The biggest thing that Tony stressed was forming habits that are going to help you to build a sustainable lifestyle in regards to nutrition. Making one change at a time that can fit into your current lifestyle is the perfect way to get started and you can build from there. And just as with programming, you want your diet to be something you can adhere to and be successful and consistent with in the long term.
