“Once I started weight lifting and seeing that I could actually be strong, the more excited I got. I never even thought about powerlifting until 2017, when I notice the gals coming out of the gym where Paul coached, were stronger than Superwoman.

I’ve been strength training with Paul since 2017. Paul works to ensure that I continually reach my goals: health, strength, and endurance.

I’ve never considered myself an athlete, but the stronger I get, the more excited I get about the possibilities. I still can’t believe that I can actually lift over 300 pounds! The Resilient team is committed to helping me do my best, knows my goals, and personalizes programs that are effective and instill confidence. With my personalized, combined weight training with aerobic conditioning program, I am so looking forward to my next USPA powerlifting competition and one more Spartan. Aroo!
