 “Working with the Resilient training coaches has paired me with some of the most knowledgeable and compassionate coaches I have ever worked with. As an ex-crossfitter, I had a few nagging injuries that caused me to shift focus. I knew I loved lifting, so I tried out Powerlifting. Right before I was to compete in my first powerlifting meet, I lost all strength and feeling in my left arm due to compressed discs in my neck. With intensive physical therapy and Paul’s programming and support, I went from barely able to hold a barbell, to bench pressing 130 pounds. I have competed in 2 powerlifting meets, and more are on the horizon. I have learned how to regulate my workouts based on how stressful my day has been, how my strength externally mirrors my strength internally, and overall how to have a healthier relationship with my body and food. Paul and all of the Resilient coaches are always available to answer questions, talk me through the process of a new training block, and ultimately- they all have my back. I am so grateful to have Resilient for my coaching, but also a safe place to train with some of my closest friends.”
