“I had been training with Paul for several years when I found out I was pregnant, so I already knew he was knowledgeable and thoughtful about his programming.  He was able to create a program that kept training fun, interesting, and safe throughout my pregnancy.  When I was medically cleared to return after giving birth to my son, the Resilient team guided me back to lifting in a way that helped me avoid injury and heal quickly.  They are conscious of the time constraints I have as a new mom and keeps me progressing towards MY goals.  Now eight months postpartum, I am stronger than I was before getting pregnant.  I have hit new PRs in all three lifts and am training for a powerlifting meet.  They keep training fun, truly care about their clients, and are genuinely invested in our well-being.  I am so fortunate to be able to work with the Resilient team, and can honestly say I have complete trust in them.” - Emily L.
