"I have been training with Paul for over two years. I remember like it was yesterday when Paul asked me to squat with a 40lb dumbbell, and I thought “are you kidding me?!” If I had looked around the gym, I would have realized that he was not. It was not easy, but Paul had faith in my abilities and encouraged me to step outside of my comfort level and try things I never dreamed I could do. I have complete trust in the Resilient team’s programming for me and know that they would never ask me to do anything that I couldn’t do. Training is not easy, but the Resilient coaches provide me with the tools I need to grow every time I step into the gym. When I started with Resilient Training Lab, I also had a shoulder problem, and they worked with my physical therapist to provide me with the accessory exercises to strengthen my shoulder and attain my goal of doing an unassisted pull-up. When I look back at the progress I have made while under the elite eye of the Resilient team, I am so proud of the strong women I have become and look forward to every session at RTL as I know I will only get stronger! Resilient Training Lab has made me mentally and physically stronger and given me the confidence to push myself and never settle for easy! The coaches genuinely care about all of their clients and brings a level of expertise that is focused on individual growth.
