Paul and Ryan K talk with Ryan V about the similarities in the principles of physical therapy and strength and conditioning. Strength coaches and physical therapists have a similar job of getting clients stronger, properly programming for clients by regressing, progressing, and lateralizing exercises, and managing stress, sleep, and lifestyle factors. They also touch on the power your language has on the resilience of your clients, which is especially important when talking to an injured client.
