The Resilient Training Lab Podcast: Episode 21
This is our 4th and final episode in the "Get to Know Your Coaches" series. This final episode is all about the owner of Resilient Training Lab, Paul Milano. He talks all about his life growing up as a hyperactive kid, playing lacrosse and wrestling in high school, and starting to lift weights in his basement. Paul then went on to attend and graduate from UCONN for Kinesiology. After coaching high school athletes and working as a physical therapy, he got a job working with gen pop clients. This is where he found his passion for working with people and helping them realize their strength and resilience not only in the gym but in their everyday lives as well. He worked in that gym for a few years before getting the opportunity to start his own business. This is when Resilient Training Lab came to be. We are coming up on one year of being open and this is just the beginning for Paul and RTL. Listen to this episode to hear all of the details about Paul, how the barbell helped to save his life and give him purpose, and why he started RTL.
