Get unlimited access to our state of the art 24/7 facility in North Haven, CT as well as unlimited access to our staffed coaching hours. You will get all the freedom of open gym with the added benefit of being able to complete your program under the eye of a trained professional!
Get all the perks of the Hybrid Coaching membership with up to an additional four personal training sessions per month for extra 1-1 time to help you navigate your program.
At Resilient Training, we help you sift through the confusing world of strength training and build you a custom program to help you see results and love going to the gym. In a world of fitness influencers, AI programs and endless content telling you what to do and what not to do - our coaches quiet the noise and give you concrete goals and endless support.
