We created a unique program for your schedule and your needs. Our coaches will guide you through the process, and you will have the support of an amazing RTL Community in person and online.

Coaching Options

What is the best place to start?

Get unlimited access to our state of the art 24/7 facility in North Haven, CT as well as unlimited access to our staffed coaching hours. You will get all the freedom of open gym with the added benefit of being able to complete your program under the eye of a trained professional!

 

Take advantage of our expert coaches from afar. Get programming and support that can be completed anywhere you choose!

Access all the perks of the open gym membership plus your very own personalized program. Access your own accountability coach, train on your schedule, as well as receive weekly and monthly check-ins to ensure your program keeps up with you and your life!

 

Whether your child wants to play or lift, we have Strong Kids class opportunities to complement your workout schedule.

Get all the perks of the Hybrid Coaching membership with up to an additional four personal training sessions per month for extra 1-1 time to help you navigate your program. These sessions are great for those who may have never worked out before.

 

Work 1-1 with our Board Certified Health and Nutrition Coach. Meet weekly with customized strategies to fit your schedule and goals.
